Welcome to the East Cherokee Soccer Club. I'm sure by now you have experienced the magic of our program, or have at least heard about it. Well, just incase you haven't heard....we are not like the rest, no way! We are far from it and we promise, you will not find another program like ours anywhere!
The mission of our league is to help players develop their love for the game of soccer through teamwork, hard work, and competition. Through our dedication of teaching the game of soccer, we have partnered with US Club Soccer to offer the best experience for our players, and their families. Throughout the season you will find the most amazing coaching staff, a truly convenient schedule and tons of fun, even outside of the game of soccer. You may have seen ECSC at the Canton Christmas parade, Trunk R Treat or maybe even driving down the road with our one of a kind "Soccer Shack". We are a family and we invite all of you to come join us for yet another amazing season.
Our program offers a super awesome, recreational program for ages 3-14 and the BEST game day experience that you could ask for. Our coaching staff are trained through US Soccer to be hands on and help the players develop far beyond the game of soccer. U4 (Little Lions) One week night practice @ 5:30 ( Two optional Saturday games 1 mid season, 1 last week of season) .
U6 - (4) 8 min periods / 5 v 5
U8 - (4) 10 min periods / 7 v 7
U10/12 - (2) 30 min halves / 7 v 7 /9 v 9
U15 - (2) 32 min halves / 9 v 9
Roster Sizes:
U6 - 10 players or less
U8 - 12 players or less
U10- 13 players or less
U12- 13 players or less
U15 - 15 players or less
Each divisional game will start promptly following the National Anthem and honoring the flag.

What age groups does ECSC offer?
U4 (2.5 - 3 years)

When does the Spring Season Start?
The Spring 2025 season starts kicks - off the week of February 24th 2025 at the ECSC Fields (4056 E Cherokee Dr Canton, GA 30115) You can also find the entire season schedule by visiting our "Schedule of Events" page.
When will we find out who our coaches are?
Spring registration closes around mid February 2025. Have you registered yet? At this time we will start to compile all of our information and start building teams and rosters.
Once registration is closed we can no longer accept any changes for practice night requests, friends requests, coach requests, etc. The rosters and practice assignments will be published by the first week of August on our website. Once the coaches receive their team information they will reach out to the parents and players to introduce themselves and give out the information for practice days and times. ANY conflicts for practices must be relayed back to the coach who will then contact the program directors for any changes within 48 hours. After this period, uniforms will be ordered and rosters are now final.
What do I need to buy for my player?
Each player will need the following:
Shin guards
Cleats (no metal)/ No sneakers
Ball (U4/U6 Size 3) (U8 - Size 4) (U11 -14/15 Size 5)
Water Bottle
Do I need to buy a kit (uniform) for my child?
All uniforms will be ordered, designed and printed locally here in Hickory Flat! As a parent, you don't need do do anything or pay anything, we are on it!
For a sizing chart be sure to check your registration form. It will have all links, and fitment for the ECSC kit.
What is the typical game day like?
You haven't experienced anything like this before, we promise! Our new ECSC culture, game style and game day experience is one of a kind. We can't give away to much information and ruin the surprise, but expect concessions and bring the sunblock and extra water bottles! Hint* Watch some of our previous season recap videos, search for year end party photos, etc.
Where do I get notifications from ECSC?
Game Cancellations, delays, or changes will be posted on the website directly on the top banner of the homepage, on Facebook, and through the email that was given during the registration period. This could be due to a field conflict, severe weather, or any other type of communication. Make sure you follow our Facebook page and save our website as a favorite onto your phones main screen.
